Childbirth Classes

No matter where you plan to give birth, education is key. Knowing what is happening in labor in the mother’s body and with the baby, how it feels, how to cope and how to navigate potential interventions wisely will all be covered in class.

Classes are offered at Wise Choices Pregnancy Resource Center and thanks to their generosity, are free of charge and open to the public. Anyone who is going to be in your birth is invited to attend with you (mom+partner, mom + sister, mom + doula, mom+husband+mother in law…). Contact Wendy for class dates & times.
