Women’s Holistic Health Coach

For years now I’ve received weekly texts or DMs asking for health advice by friends and former clients who’ve become friends. I get them nearly daily come fall when everyone wants immune system boosting protocols. Now that I’m a midwife, colleagues call/text/Marco Polo me with questions about holistic options for their clients’ particular health issues.

I’ve opened my office to some women wanting a consultation about their fatigue, especially before they jump into pregnancy and motherhood. I love equipping them with ways to improve their health.

Somehow I’ve found myself as one of the go-to practitioners for advice on holistic living. It wasn’t a plan but I do love it and want to expand my practice to include coaching women in this area of their lives.

My heart is to help women reading this who are done. Done with the nagging health issues. Maybe it’s fatigue or a battered immune system. Maybe you’re done with being passed from one health care provider to another with only bandaid fixes offered. You have taken care of your children and now you are in a place to come back to your own health. The motivation is there but the know how and the accountability is missing. There is so much conflicting information out there and you’re fed up with the late night google searches. You just need someone who’s studied it and can point you to the common sense way to health when common sense care is rare.

How can I help?

We start with a comprehensive questionnaire asking all kinds of questions that help me know where you are in your health journey. If needed, I arrange a health screening and suggest lab work that might give you pieces to your health puzzle. With you leading the way, we make a plan on what areas of your life need attention, then we map out the changes you can make to nourish those areas. I hold your hand the entire time. No judgment ever-I’m on my own health journey and have work to do, too. You’re not alone in any way.

This isn’t something that happens without a bit of uncomfortable growth, so we do it together. We meet twice a month in person, via tele-health, or a phone call (your choice). You have daily access to me via a client portal. I check in with you weekly and send you encouragement and resources several times a week. A commitment of three months helps you get your habits turned around before you fly on your own (or decide you want continued guidance).
